Meditation
Meditation is a practice that has existed for thousands of years and functions as a tool for self-transformation and spiritual development.
Meditating is not just closing your eyes and not thinking about anything. Meditation is an important spiritual practice of Yoga and the word "Yoga" means Unification. The goal of meditation is to unify our individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness, leading us to a higher, more subtle state where we can find peace and divine love. It is a form of deep reflection on who we really are, a technique for revealing hidden aspects of our identity. Meditation means looking inside our mind to feel happiness, which is the essence of our existence. This happiness is within us, just as it is within everyone and everything.
"The Supreme Consciousness hid within your mind. He's hiding behind the curtain of your "i." You don't have to go to the Himalayan mountains to discover what's hidden in your own self. Does anyone need a mirror to see a bracelet on their own arm? So the supreme is inside you. There is only the need to remove the veil from the ego."
